Role - Sales Account Manager - B2B
Hours - Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week
Salary - £25k base plus commission
Location - Nottingham, Hybrid working 3 days office 2 days at home
Contract Type - Permanent

We are working exclusively with an IT Solutions business who are adding to their team and looking for Sales Account Manager.

If you are hungry to develop and would like to get into Sales and Account Management or currently working within Sales and Account Management and looking for further development this could be the role for you.

Full training will be given including an apprenticeship Level 3 qualification within Sales.

So, what you will be doing:

• Contributing to planning and sales execution
• Managing achievement of sales targets to ensure you exceed sales targets.
• Ensuring all quotes are supported and delivered on time
• Managing renewal contracts and retaining business
• Developing and supporting customer relationships, cross sell, and deliver great experience for transactional business
• Working with the marketing team to manage the lead qualification and execution processes
• Contributing and delivering accurate sales forecast
• Collaborating with other departments about market requirements and the services that customers require
• This role will include outbound and inbound calls, calling new, Lapsed and existing business.

We are looking for an individual:

• Who wants to get into Sales and Account Management or already working within Sales and Account Management and would like to develop further
• Who wants to gain a qualification with Sales
• Who is passionate and driven by their own success
• With the ability to communicate, present and influence both external and internal stakeholders via the phone and email
